The Competition is On for Noah’s ARC Interior Design Challenge
We recently told you about Noah’s ARC Interior Design Challenge, in which student designers use recycled items to create inspired, themed rooms within several Orange County, California Salvation Army Family Thrift stores .
The rooms are now completed and open for public viewing! Below are a few photos that may look like they’re from a high end home store magazine, but believe it or not, they are the amazing rooms the students staged with items they found in Salvation ArmyThrift stores! The contest is running from April 10 to April 24, at the end of which a silent auction will be held for the furniture and decorative pieces used in the challenge. Proceeds will help financially support The Salvation Army’s local Adult Rehabilitation Center which provides no-cost drug and alcohol treatment for the people who need it.
For more photos and information, check out the Noah’s ARC Interior Design Facebook page. You can also visit The Salvation Army Western Territory’s Flickr page and their Expect Change blog.
And be sure to leave us a comment about which is your favorite design!
