Thursday and Friday: jcpenney will give generously with your help!
Our Angel Giving Tree Online adoptions are in full swing which means thousands of disadvantaged children and seniors will receive gifts from their wish lists to open this Christmas day – a much needed boost for many families who are struggling financially. All thanks to the generosity of adopters nationwide!
If you haven’t jumped on the angel adoption bandwagon just yet, jcpenney is providing even more incentive this weekend by offering an additional donation up to $500,000 to The Salvation Army with your help.
On Thanksgiving Day, jcpenney will donate $50 to The Salvation Army, up to $400,000, for every angel adopted online. If you’re not internet-savvy, no worries! The newest online adoption site makes it as easy as ever for you to adopt someone in need this Christmas, allowing you to choose your angel by location, age and gender.
We all know that the pressure to buy gifts for everyone in your life can be daunting. This year, why not shop in your pajamas? You can provide the joy of Christmas for someone in need in the comfort of your own home. Visit www.jcp.com/angel to learn more.
On Black Friday – the busiest shopping day of the year – jcpenney will donate $25 to The Salvation Army, up to $100,000, for every customer who uses Foursquare to check-in to a jcpenney store between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m.. Not familiar with Foursquare? Signing up with the free social networking site allows you to “check-in” at any location and share your experiences via Facebook and Twitter. You can sign up by clicking here.
Additionally, jcpenney will award the community with the most Foursquare check-ins on Black Friday with a shopping party complete with a food truck and beverages for last-minute Christmas shoppers on December 17.
Thank you for helping us reach our goal!
