Sealy Gives Shelters the Gift of Sleep

Need a new mattress? Go see your local Sealy mattress retailer!

Popular bedding manufacturer Stearns & Foster, owned by Sealy, is helping residents at Salvation Army shelters sleep comfortably thanks to their Gift of Sleep holiday program.

With nearly 3.5 million Americans experiencing homelessness and many turning to The Salvation Army for solace, we hope the new beds serve as a fresh start. Thank you, Stearns & Foster, for your generous partnership and for helping The Salvation Army fill the need!

  1. Not sure where to get help from salvation army for more then just christmas. I lost my husband last December 1st and my job in September now dcf has placed my children with my husbands family due to my depression & the dr giving me a medicine I had side effects to. I too need a mattress due to my injury I ripped a muscle that can not be repaired and I wake up in so much pain. So I lost my husband, lost my mind, lost my job, lost my kids & now I am losing my home. I am looking for someone to point me in the right direction to get the help I need. It is very hard for me to ask for help cause I am a giver & very independent but I am at the lowest point in my life after working from the age of 14 to get everything that I have & within a year I have manage to lose it all. Please let me know where or who I can contact to get some help. I am spending the holidays alone but would love to be able to give my kids some gifts from me & my daughter who is 10 has a birthday on the 8th of December too.

    Thank you,
    Happy Thanksgiving
