Helpful Hands in San Fran!

Rachel from The Salvation Army of San Francisco hit the streets during our 59th Annual National Salvation Army Week to find out how residents “Do the Most Good” each day! Each do-gooder who talked to her received a free coffee from the local haunt, Pete’s Coffee.

From playing free concerts to donating clothes to struggling families, San Franciscans sure know how to give back to their community. Check ‘em out in the video below!:

Of course, free coffee and praise aren’t the only incentives for giving back. Discover the joy of serving others in need by volunteering in your community. Visit www.VolunteerMatch.org to find a list of opportunities closest to you.

You can also offer your hands to your local Salvation Army: Click here to search by zip code.
