Owl City in Dallas: Rockers by Night, Volunteers by Day

Adam Young, founder and singer-songwriter of Owl City

It’s always a good time with Owl City!

On Tuesday night, the band rocked the crowd on the House of Blues stage in Dallas, TX.

On Wednesday morning, the same band members were rocking red aprons and smiles as they served up trays of food to residents at The Salvation Army’s social services center.

The band, led by singer Adam Young, is volunteering with The Salvation Army at various cities along the way of their Rock the Red Kettle Tour in an effort to raise awareness of the Army’s services and encourage their fans to get involved in their communities.

Help us say “Thanks!” to Owl City for their good work with The Salvation Army by finding them on Facebook or following them on Twitter. You can also post a message to SalvationArmyUS with #RTRK.
