Hallmark Wants To Know, What Does Christmas Mean To You?

What does Christmas mean to you? That’s what our friends at Hallmark are asking as part of their “Countdown to Christmas” campaign on social media.

Until January 1, you can visit http://lnx.buzztone.com/bt/hallmark/christmas2013/ , simply register and write a heartfelt message – long or short- about what Christmas means to you. Registering takes no more than 20 seconds. Each time you share, Hallmark will donate $1 to The Salvation Army.

The feeling of Christmas is different for everyone. I just donated $1 by sharing, “Christmas means rejoicing in the hope and comfort of our salvation. As well as food, family, and singing!”

Every dollar donated by Hallmark will support families in need this Christmas and throughout the year through the services of The Salvation Army. Help the company give someone else a meaningful Christmas by sharing your feelings today!

  1. Well christmas isn’t about the presents you get or open on christmas day or about the food we eat, but its about being thankfull what you have even if you get nothing for christmas not even a speck of dust be thankfull for what you got! i really thought about what it meant to be a little kid living on the streets starving to death. I was like that once But i lived in a shelter not on the streets, But i still had a little money for food now and then but it was hard, i Know how it feels to be like that and now i’m thankfull for what i have. Even if tommorrow i wake up with nothing i won’t care! and No i’m not jokeing around….. I’m being serious, Because once The Christmas season was a time to celebrate the priceless gift of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His birth, which we commemorate during this season, is more than the symbol of a holiday. He is the Son of God, the Redeemer of all mankind, the King of kings, the Prince of Peace, and our joy and salvation. This Christmas season will have greater meaning as we seek to follow His example and live His teachings. Also Christmas isn’t about the toys or food we eat its about the time we spend with our family and the time we say thanks for what we have. CHRISTMAS IS:CHRISTMAS IS FOREVER, NOT JUST FOR ONE DAY LOVING, SHARING, GIVING, ARE NOT TO PUT AWAY like bells and lights and tensile, in some box upon the shelf THE GOOD YOU DO FOR OTHERS IS THE GOOD YOU DO FOR YOURSELF. It came without ribbions! it came without tags! it came without packages, boxes or bags! Then I thought of something I never thought of before.
“Matbe Christmas” doesn’t come from a store. ”Maybe christmas perhaps is a lilltle bit more.” Well Christmas doesn’t mean about haveing presents to open that day or wantig more, But its about the time we have to give and careing about others more than you do about yourself. Life has its own gift and ways of showing things but once you figure that out then it means everything.
