Walmart “Fill The Truck” Toy Drives

To support The Salvation Army

Extending a hand to your community members in need just got easier.

Shoppers visiting participating Walmart stores from now through December 11, will have the opportunity to drop off new, unwrapped toys and coats for children who take part in The Salvation Army programs year-round as part of the company’s fifth annual “Fill the Truck” Toy Drive.

Starting the day after Thanksgiving, shoppers at participating Walmart stores can receive a list of suggested gifts for local children. Once the truck or bin is full of donations from generous shoppers, The Salvation Army will distribute the gifts to families in need.

Last year, Fill the Truck collections collected more than 93,000 toys and 3,300 coats from generous shoppers.

For more than 40 years, Walmart has been an essential partner of The Salvation Army. This thanksgiving and beyond, The Salvation Army gives thanks for Walmart, our valued partner in Doing the Most Good.

We hope you’ll join us in bringing smiles to more children this Christmas. Find a Walmart near you by visiting
